At Tony Bianco, we want you to love your new shoes, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all full-priced items. Please ensure your items are unworn and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your shoes in their original box and secure them inside a mailing bag to protect the packaging during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized postal location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
